My car doesn't... I know that in our company cars, when the light is on, the traction is active... It cuts the power to the engine/wheels back when its active. I had a guy explain it to me once, but I wasn't really paying attention (because I hate it.) IMO, there's nothing worse than being in a snow drift with the traction control on... Sometimes you need a little spin to help your forward momentum. Anyway, I know my car doesn't have traction control, and I didn't think Honda used it, but I must be wrong again (Seems to be happening a lot lately...)

on 6th gens, and every other honda, when the light is off then your traction control is on, which means if your tires start to "burn out" then the ecu automatically cuts the power to the wheels. when the light is on, after you push the button, then you have turned your traction control off, and you can "burn out". if your company cars are hondas and when the light is on, then traction control is on, then theirs deff something wrong with them, cuz every honda car ive driven, and ive driven hundreds since february, when the traction light if off, traction is on, when the light is on, traction is off. also, whenever you first get into a car, traction control is automatically set to "on".

No, our company cars are Saturns (ouch) and they have a button that lights up if its on, and there is a light on the dash that will flash when it cuts power... :)

I don't have a button. Is it only on certain trim levels? I've got an LX.
