The 527 hyper silver wheel looks nice! And go with 205/45.

No, don't. Just skip the lowering springs and save up for coilovers, unless you're buying new aftermarket shocks to pair with the lowering springs. But if that's the case, you might as well buy coilovers with that money.

What they said. I'm the same age as you man, (OP). Just do the thing right the first time. I know what it's like to be a high school kid with a modding addiction, but the wait will be worth it. If I were you, I'd keep the wheels until you have a, at least decent, suspension setup.

Thanks guys! Yes I know the right thing to do is just wait for coilovers so i'll see what my options are... Another reason i went ahead and got wheels was because i needed new tires for my stock wheels and didn't want to have to wait for those new tires to wear out. (My parents are paying for tires) but we'll see what lies in the future! Love the silver 527s though!

Do some more research and pay attention to the comments about putting wheels on without lowering the car.

Save up for full coilovers or Ground Controls + Aftermarket shocks.

There are setups in the F/S threads right now, that you may want to consider.

Check out the Suspension Review thread as well.

Dear OP,

Patience is always the key to achieve good results on your car. Specifically:

When saving money
When researching for your right parts / products
When spending time on your projects
When waiting for the installations
When waiting for your shipments←(if u know they're legit)

If you fail the above matters, there's a big chance you'll eventually regret your decisions, and end up wasting your time & your hard-earned money.

Unlike finishing your projects in school, there is no such"due dates" for completing projects for your car. (Nobody forces you to finish on time, b/c it's your hobby.)

There's no need to rush. Utilize this site as much as possible.
