Tire fail...

The story:
I leave for work and notice knocking. I think it's my suspension for some reason and i look out the door nitice the air is low in the tire. So i drive about 100yds to fill it with air. 2 days later i feel the same knocking. Upon examination it didn't look like it was my tires then i began to think it's my suspension (cause i've dismantled the car so many times). I park it and the next day i take of the wheel and this is what i find:

I guess that 100yd dash compromised my side wall. Luckily i had a spare tire so i threw on one of my 18s as a 'donut' and went to get the tire changed asap. Luckily the tire didn't blow out on me....

i had a tire fail when i had my Ford...the tire exploded from doing too many brakestands lol...but good thing that didn't happen at a higher speed
