Saw this guy a couple months back perform at a school graduation, not as young as the OP, but dude was crazy with the sticks!

Always wanted to learn how to play drums.

I saw this many, many years ago... he's a big famous drummer to date. As a percussionist myself can appreciate his talent. Great to see young kids be so skillful at something they enjoy. Especially when it keeps them goal oriented and out of trouble. I'm looking to get my 3 yr. old started - he enjoys drum circles, singing along to songs and knows how to keep rhythm already.

Mad respect. I always loved drums, but could not commit to the cost. I settled for guitar.
