I'd get an ABS Mugen lip and shave the little scoops on it, been done before (on my car and others) and it's such a clean look on either 98-00 or 02+ bumpers. In your case, I'd even mold it to the bumper to eliminate the gaps around the edges and keep all the air coming from underneath.

Either fill in the holes on a Mugen, or get the TypePirate lip. It's real easy to fit on the 01-02 coupe bumper.

its just for track use, im never gona drive around with it, i got a bumper for $65, not costing me anything to fab/paint so
