Tranny went out again

AAMCO will lose $$$ rebuilding your trans again under warranty, so hopefully this time they'll do it right. They won't want to see you again.

How much did they charge for the last rebuild?

Is your warranty still in effect? Did you have to come out of pocket for any of the rebuilds? If you are still under warranty just get it rebuilt, if not and you gotta come out of pocket for this next rebuild just throw that money on a manual swap. My tranny shyte to bed and i swapped mine out cost me +/- 1100 for all the parts, many parts brand new.

If you're in SoCal, I can refer you a good Honda Trans. rebuild shop if interested. He's in the 626 area. Know's his trannies!

well when i went to aamco i got warranty so yeah im still under warranty with aamco so nothing should come out of pocket today.

Dang, that's steep, but at least they gave you a good warranty. I talked to a couple of local "reputable" trans shops here: $1800 for a rebuild, but with only a 12/12K warranty.
