yea, if you can't disassemble or swap any parts since it's a trade. I'd just return it and let the other trader adjust it for you or something. And my TYC also came with a plastic cover for the low beams. I bought mine summer '08.
Well I played with them some more and also switched out the H1 bulb for another and it was definitly 100% seated correctly and still the same issue. It's not the hot spots I'm worried about it's the projectors rotations are off.. really really off.didnt read the entire thread word for word, but it appears to be an issue with the bulb not being seated (appears to be too far back) in the projector correctly.
if it was too close to the lens, there would be a lot of output, almost like it should be, but with lots of hot spots.
i've never messed with anything but d2s bulbs, but its a focus issue imo. whether its the bulb or the lens, i dont know.
Yeah I'd rather not have an opened set or have a set that had to be corrected in order to work properly. Much rather have a new/correct set that is plug and play.yea, if you can't disassemble or swap any parts since it's a trade. You wanna bark up that tree Raymond? You know people would like you around here if you weren't such a smart *** kid. Keep it up with me and you won't be logging on here ever again.
Yeah, because so many people hate me, and I start problems all the time.
Right.
