FS: Type R Lip, Retrofit Morimoto Projectors

Hello, summer school and fall semester is right around the corner. Need some cash to pay for tuition. Reducing price to $250.

First, I have a pair of retrofit projectors. Specifically,
-these are OEM headlights (Stanley) that are black housed.
-The retrofits include Morimoto H1 projectors
-Morimoto H1 Bulbs 5000k.
-Morimoto 3Five Ballasts
-E46 shrouds.
-The headlights are wrapped with a clear bra? or film to protect any nicks or scratches and provides a smooth feeling, as smooth as a baby's cheeks. -Headlights are well taken care of and waxed quite often (keep the clear film/bra smooth).
-The projectors can be adjusted left/right, up and down.
The only con I can think of is a white burn mark? It is at the corner of the headlight which will be circled red.

Second, I have a type-r front lip specifically,
-Type-R lip was used on an accord sedan
-ABS plastic
-Has rashes at the bottom with some paint cracks
-A 1" crack that was bonded at a shop + daily driven rock chips
-$50 w/o shipping SOLD

Nice retrofit! Looks good and good price!

I am about to do my first one..any advice? I'd like to avoid the white "burn" mark and try to keep the edge where the glue seals the lens to the housing clean. Is that crispy goop something i could just X-Acto or dremel off?

Did you have to do any cutting of the housing to get this to fit?

Are those the e-46 replica's from the retrofit source? Or are they from somewhere else? And are they the "extended" version that is often available?

Thanks, I had these headlights shipped to Texas to get the retrofit done. The one burn mark is from leaving the headlight in the oven for too long. (This is when my friends and I did the black housing, not the retrofit.)

Yes, the goop thing you can X-Acto/dremal off and of course just be careful because it prevents fogging and seals the headlight shut.

These shrouds are from the retrofit source. They are not the extended version
Yes, there was cutting of the housing and shroud to make it fit.

Bump for a nice deal on the retrofit. I have the exact same projectors retro'ed into my headlamps and they are awesome. Great output and spread. Very comparable if not better than TSX.

bump for legit guy. Headlights looks superb, the burn mark doesnt even look that bad compare to the pic.
