Heres the story a member off here bought my Tein Basic coilovers That i had posted. He got them for much less than i really wanted to get for them but thats cool. So i went to usps to ship them off on april 3rd and i shipped it parcel post because of the good price of it. Thats the one made for big packages and supposedly 7 to 10 buisness days delivery time cross country from what i was told at first. So i did this and at the time of me sending it off i was told that it was no tracking number due to size. So i went ahead and did this. and to prove i sent it i took a picture of the receipt and sent it to him.

Fast forward to now its april 16 i've been pm the buyer back and forth to see if he had got it yet. Now he talks like he wants a refund which i would more than likely feel the same way.I talked to workers and they feed me nothing but bs this was the same one when i sent it off saying 7to 10 days. So today I called the usps 1800 number and local and talked to the supervisor and was told its almost certain that it will be there no later than 3 weeks from ship date because its truck delivered and driven all the way. and he 7to 10 days is for regular mail not parcel post. Im in VA and buyer is in California. If i give a refund then it shows say next monday or tuesday there is no proof that he received it. and he could keep my money and im going to be out.

Im trying to help both sides out because im not trying to screw him and im want to protect my neck. What should i do should i try to ask seller for another week to see if it comes in then if it doesn't i can file insurance claim. Another thing is right now i don't have the money laying around to just send back and forth. HELP

all I can say is I bought some items off lashlee on here he promptly shipped them out the next day and it took quite a long time for them to get here. this was only due to usps. theres allot of mail going everywhere and they do a damn good job getting it where its supposed to go.

I didnt ask or complain about it

they will get there soon enough

you shoulda put delivery confirmation on it.

no tracking because of package size is bs!

i agree with the others, give it a few more days before you start refunding anything.

Even if you did get a tracking number from them, USPS has the worst tracking system out there. All you'll see is when it was shipped, and when it was delivered. So it's pointless anyway.
