updated 2/14, Look what i found (with fairing )

So today i was helping my mom clean out the garage and just get some trash out. I decided to check this like huge cabinet that we have, we started to throw out some stuff then all of sudden i spotted a yakima bag at first i thought to myself could this be a full yakima bike rack set. So then i started to dig harder and i found a complete yakima bike rack. My dad likes to collect junk so i called him and i told him about it and he told me some guy at his work didnt want it anymore and gave it to him. I was hella trippin out cuz i was actually going to buy one soon and now i dont have to woot woot for me. All i need is a fairing everything looks like its in good condition, can you guys let me know if im missing anything to install this bad boy.
