Yes, the part is exactly the same and interchangable.
The spring rates are different.

Apex'i doesn't because its up to the point that it doesnt matter anymore. Either way you lose ride quality.

Eibachs have different spring rates for the V6 and I4 because its geared towards comfort.

Put I4 springs on a V6 and you will sag more in the front.

springs will have different spring rates because theyre desigend to hold up either a lighter 4 banger or a heavier v6, so itll put the right amount of drop on the car its designed for. coilovers can have a set spring rate for BOTH models because you can adjust the height to where you want it for the dropping purpose. id say you can swap coilovers between the 2, but i would never do springs.

There is a difference in spring rate like everybody has said...Guy on V6P has a 4cyl with V6 sportlines and his car didn't drop as low as 4cyl sportlines because the spring rate is different..I dont' think i would put V6 springs on a 4cyl, coilovers yes...but springs kinda iffy..i did however sell my 4cyl springs to a V6 :D
