shop wired it so radio turns on with remote start and u have to put the key in the ignition to start climate control. Thats BS. half the point of remote start is to get the AC on. Taking it back tomo

FYI the shop told me db-all does not work on a 2000 accord ex-v6. so i had to get tbx-key. its much cheaper at $7 vs $45 for xpresskit db-all

JT audio never responded to my message. so no. I went to a shop in montclair.

He charged me $20 extra to make the trunk release work. so $240 total. I felt pretty nickle and dimed. and lied to.

Yikes, I hate that feeling.

JT might be too busy to get you into a bay, but I'm surprised he never replied. Oh well.

got the car fixed today in about an hour. I was apologized to also so no feelings.

I'm kind of used to businesses blowing off customers. I would say out of 10 business I have messaged on facebook a good 7 of them won't respond. And then people wonder why things go under. I guess it's good if you don't respond cause you got so much business but that's just not the case in todays market. I respond to every inquiry. It's rare that I miss it and if I do and there is a followup I will go the extra mile to make up for it.

For example I found one guy who had great reviews for tint and we talked on FB. His price is higher than the rest but he actually cares to talk to customers and not give one word replies. And he will get my business even being the guy with the highest price.
