A friend just got a 2003 base RSX automatic.
Now he wants to run with me. We'll see if the track is open Friday. If not, we'll find an empty street or maybe on the turnpike at 2 or 3AM

What do you guys think.

Although he has a DOHC 160hp motor, he still has a automatic tranny.

Personally, with my mods and me being able to beat a stock V6, I think can take him

Its gonna go to the better driver.
I put about 135-140 stock to the wheels(5spd).
Blacknight, you have I/h/e and such, probably close to 145hp.

You have transmission on him, but he still probably puts a little more to the wheels than you do.

If you start from a 20 or 40 roll, you got him beat no prob. I don't know about from the dig though.
Goodluck, and hopefully this is +1 for 6thgen!

You'll **** on him. Period.

Base RSXs are a joke.

i think you got him. although the only thing that comes to mind with the RSX is that its lighter. 2 doors lighter. try emptying out some weight, but i'm sure you can do it. take videos too!

I say go for it, RSX/TSX's are sluggish through 3rd to 4th gear transitions. 40 - 50mph roll
