Check your tires first. Do they have lumps? If so, that could cause a ringing noise. Happened to my rear tires before. I thought it was the wheel bearing, I had it changed out and it didn't do anything to rid of the noise. Once I changed the tires, it was mad quiet. What caused the lumps on my tires was blown struts.
Thank you both. Yes, actually, i have very uneven tire wear. The last rotation/balance was done by gentlemen from Wal Mart that may have been clinically retarded (no offense to clinically retarded people or Wal Mart employees en masse). So perhaps that is the culprit?

If you have some good spare tires laying around, try them on.
Perhaps you can ask a buddy/family member with a Honda who has good tires and maybe try theirs on to see if that's the culprit.
