Same thing happened with mine. Mine is silver, so I used silver duct tape.
It's because the engine moves so much(and you were probably revving it), and the bracket snapped off.

There’s some info in my swap thread. But from what I remember they vibrated a good deal at first, and I hated them and regretted not just getting OEM CL-S mounts. Lol But Eric and a couple others told me they “break in” after some time, which is true. The vibration decreased a good deal after not too long. So now I always feel a slight vibration at idle (mostly just through the seat), but it goes away while driving.
But when using the A/C, the vibration is more noticeable. And sometimes gets annoying. I can’t imagine living with anything stiffer than the 60a’s, but that’s me.
