received a k&n drop-in filter, and swapped w/ my bosch filter. Didn't expect how oily & smelly it was. As for the performance, um.. Hard to tell. I mean, can somebody really feel the difference of +1 ~ +4hp? (i kind of felt like the car was running a little smooth like taking off from a gas station, right after when you fill it up.)

also,

one edition to my interior accessory:

yep, they're dry-freeze bumble bees.
doubt you'll feel anything haha. Maybe you'll notice it may be a tiny bit louder at wot ?

How did they manage to get in your car ..

It actually sounds just like stock, which I wanted it to be this way, so I'm totally happy with it. :)

There was one day, I parked her outside my house, unintentionally left my side windows opened a little bit. I'd guess that was the time they went in b/c it was proly warmer inside. Poor things... RIP in my CG2...
new radiator fan didn't fit right, so i had to make a bracket for it from some little scrap steel piece i found lol.
Now, that's pretty impressive.
New decal and moved license plate to the right
Now these decals will add some horses to your car. :lawl:

However, this one "JDM AS F*CK" ← I have a feeling that you might get pulled over by five o's someday...

Filled up with 93 for $3.14/gal, total was $49.13 for 15.65 gallons. Thanks, Kroger Plus.

Also hit 155k miles. Motor and tranny have 61k though. :)

I always hear more noises in the winter. Which is another reason I hate this season.

And no you can’t feel a difference between 1 and 4 horses. Lol

Do you really notice that much of a difference in 93 and 89? I usually filled up with 89 and I notice a small difference in that and the 87. Although I am in a 4cycl.

Chris runs 93 because he has an Acura engine (the J32) which is designed to run on 93. Like its been said before, the Hondas are fine running 87, v6 or i4

Picked up an 01-02 CC unit to go along with the bezel and clock I’m swapping to.

Also picked up something for a new gauge cluster project.

…I only use 93 because that is what my motor is rated for.

So as a result I notice a huge difference, yes. I only had 87 in the tank once and that was because I didn’t empty it when I swapped, I just kept adding 93 until the 87 burned off. But yeah any stock i4 or V6 should just be running 87 really.

installed the catback and removed the cat

its too loud tho so i gotta put the cat back in eventually. installed wheels tomorrow
Dude that looks really nice. What did you put in place of the cat while you had it off? Do you like it now that the cat is back on? I’d be interested to hear a clip.

Wheels going on today?

guys you do know that unless your running higher compression or have a swap you shouldnt use 93 or 89. If you have a J30 or F23 and your using either of those OR "BRO JUice" (INSIDE JOKE IF ANYBODY REMEMBERS) your actually losing horse power, its been dyno'd proven

i've got a gutted cat on there right now. weirdest thing is that i'm still not getting a check engine light for it. I'll make an audio clip when I can. About to head out to the garage to put the wheels on
