After some researching I finally found out the rates (kg) of my (lbs/in) eibach spring rates.

Turns out the fronts are 8kg and rears are 6kg.

Going to be getting some 12-10kg in the fronts with 1 inch less of spring height so I can go a little lower. Going to be using the front springs to replace the rears, same diameter and spring length.

Debating between 10kg-12kg on the front... hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm :D

14k will be wayyyy to much for me haha, my car isnt a track beast and isnt going to be slammed to the ground. Probably 12kg in front and 8kg in rears.

thats type one spring rates right there. so youll be fine. and im gonna do 14k in the fron 10 rear when i buy type 2 struts
