So bill got rid of the black equips in order to make his car an exact replica of Shenaniganz car besides the saber grill.

Soon everyone's cars will look the same...

I will agree I like the step lips better.

I think lips depend on the wheel, some stepped lips are too overpowering and make the wheel look too small.
