We don't look at purple being gay or childish, we look at it as being unique, brazen, and out of the ordinary. It's more a tuner thing I'm guessing, but definitely not gay or childish in any way. I think that's why you are so amazed we are serious, because we have different understandings.
I think you should get black currant pearl, or midnight blue powdercoated wheels. If you want to stick with something popular, I think gunmetal would look great. As well as silver.
disclaimer: I'm not all gung ho about purple, orange, pink, green, or any other crazy color wheels but I understand why people like them
It's really not the childish or gay thing at all, it's that I asked what would look BEST with naples gold and purple was proposed. I just can't see it.
I could possibly see it on a tuner car with purple on it (not granny gold). I'm not going for a fast and furious look, just a clean ride with a mild 1.5" drop.
