recently i asked about another set, but these are gonna be way sweeter
17x8 +18 17x9 +22
I assume they'll fit but what size tires do you think I should run and how much negative camber to fit under the car without poking out

Do you want stretch to slam it? Or just a mild stretch to help fit for a daily driver?
If it was me, I'd run a 195/45 up front and a 215/45 in the rear and slam the piss out of it.
A 205/45 up front and 215/45 in the rear will be a very conservative, but still good looking stretch. Just roll them fenders and relocate your bumper tabs and you should have minimal rubbing issues
:)
You can look at my mr thread to see about my camber, but I am on natural camber of ~-4*. I don't think camber arms in the rear are really necessary unless you want to achieve 0* .

I hope those are caps and not centerlocks otherwise not gonna work unless you have some custom work done to your spindles.
