I'll probably run on stockies (that seems to be the crowd favorite) but what's the best size tires to use? My rear is tuckin and there isn't a chance I can tuck those stock with big tires.

Yes on Stock wheels. Your aftermarket setup will be within a mm or 2 of the diameter of your OEM setup.

Your OEM wheels are narrower than anything aftermarket you would be putting on (including TL rims), they should easily fit inside the recess of the fender.

I highly doubt this, you should be fine.
