That guy is stupid as hell. He shouldve went to the bathroom atleast. He could say, "I was having a wet dream and when I woke up I had ejaculated on her. I had no idea." :ownedrun:

I would have thought: "She should have gotten up and moved herself." American Airlines doesn't deserve to be sued. It is a prime example of someone looking to sue the person or entity who has the deepest pockets.
The flight attendants cannot be expected to physically move the man out of the seat. I am sure the flight attendants asked the man to go back to his assigned seat. The story said the man was arrested as soon as the plane landed. American Airlines did their job. A judge will either throw this case out, or American Airlines will settle out of court for an expendable amount of money to shut the woman up.
Sometimes you have to be responsible for your own actions. Every bad thing that happens to you is not always someone else's fault. In all cases I have seen, they always try to place the blame on the entity with the deepest pockets. Often that person or entity is not really at fault. But since they have a lot of money, scumbag lawyers know a jury will just think "Oh they have a lot of money anyway, who cares if they are really at fault, what's a few million dollars matter to them."
The masturbator should be sued, not the airline.
If someone was sitting there jerking off on you, would you just sit there and ask the flight attendant: "Can you move this man back to his assigned seat?"
Or would you get up on your own and move after b!tch slapping that sicko?
Come on guys, you know what you would do.
If an airline gets hijacked, is it the airline's fault? or is it airport security's fault?

The issue isnt whether its American's fault that he jacked off on her, its whether they acted appropriately to the situation and removed the risk to this female passenger. I cant say whether or not american acted appropriately but this is nothing less than sexual assault, and if it was your mother in that seat im pretty sure youd be doing the same thing this woman is. As a "common carrier" AA has a higher duty to protect its passengers from harm, and if theres any iota of evidence that AA didnt act appropriately im pretty sure the jury will award this woman her money. Now i dont know what really happened, but if i told a flight attendant that some guy jacked off on my face then id expect them to restrain the man and move him to a part of the airplane deviod of passengers, it would not only be expected but its Americans duty to do so. When i buy a plane ticket not only should American get me to my destination but get me there safely. Now i cant say whether she is right or not, but it is her right to claim retribution if American failed to act properly to contain the situation.

Ok ok.....there's probably a good explanation for the situation. About the substance in her hair, that very well could have been some conditioner that she failed to rinse earlier that morning. And as for the masturbation, he could have just been 'adjusting himself after he switched seats. No big deal IMO.....

So I guess with that mentality ^ it is the airline's fault if a plane gets hijacked as well.
No, I would not be doing the same thing the woman is. Even if that was my wife on the plane. I would do everything in my power to criminally and civilly prosecute the guy that jacked off on her, not the airline. If I wasn't satisfied that guy would probably wind up disappearing off the face of the earth. Good ridance...one less scumbag alive to breathe my air.
The jury would simply award the woman $ because they think American Airlines has an infinite amount of money.
If the judge or american Airlines acually let this go to trial, the jury would probably recommend some stupid ridiculous amount of money like "Five hundred million dollars" then the judge would laugh and immediately slash the award to like $200,000 or something more reasonable. Educated America knows that jurys are normally comprised of a bunch of complete idiots who don't now their @ss from their elbow. That's something the presses never talk about. The presses always say "Jury awards 100 million in case." They never say how much the plaintiff actually received. Rarely ever does a judge give the plaintiff the amount the jury awards. If that were the case, no insurance company would set foot in the United States and we would eventually become a third world country.

LOL! Or maybe he sleepwalked to the seat next to her. Then he woke up and tried to get out of his seat but had wood. So he had to adjust himself to try to stuff it down his pants leg or something and he accidentally popped one off on her!
