you can never know. But thats way too high for a car with that mileage. I bought my 02 coupe silver with leather 5spd for 4800 4 yrs ago. It had about 200000 on it also. The guy originally wanted 6000 but i talked him down. You should most definitely try talking him down and see what deal you can get.
