I would say go with an optima red top battery and for the alternator...

I think ours are 90 amps? And you can swap in a 130 amp from a 99-01 odyssey if I remember correctly.

When I do the alternator to battery as part of the big 3 upgrade, what amp fuse should be used with 1/0 wire? I read a bunch on to fuse or not to fuse....Im gonna fuse it....can't hurt.

How come nobody told me this would take so long :wtf1:

Ordered some 1/0 power wire and new P3 battery terminals and some terminal rings to knock out the big three upgrade.

Fronts are cutting out as soon as everything heats up. When I turn it on sitting in the driveway, no problems..... have not checked voltage off the alternator yet.

I would still do the alternator upgrade as a precaution. Probably wouldn't cost too much either.

Definitely going to be one badass system! :thumbup:

That'll keep me busy....spent tonight studying up on gain settings..... created a 60 hz tone and burned it to a cd and plan on setting the gains using my multimeter. mrxf65 amp pushes 110 watts to a 4 ohm load...should set gain to see 20.97 volts. Right? the mrxm110 pushes 650 watts to a 4 ohm load...should set gain to see 50.99 volts??? Sound about right? All components for the big 3 upgrade are in route as well.

did the dynamat on the front doors and got the tweeters mounted up..... Picked up a yellow top opti on the way home today.
