Turbo Advice

Hi Im new to this site but not to 6th gens. I have a 2002 AV6 i have a friend who will sell me a JDM 50 trim tubo with wastegate all flanges oil lines etc. a Tial Intercooler a HKS BOV, Greddy E-manage, and a boost controller not sure which one though for only $900!!!!.... Im having a shop make my headers and piping etc. looking for advice on boost amounts and possible problems, also on what i am missing mainly with my fuel system. Here are current engine mods......

Crower Rods
JE 8.0:1 Pistons
Darton Sleeves in 90mm cylinders
Port and Polished J32A2 heads with 3 slant valve job
77mm ported TB
Unorthodox Racing Pulley set
Hayden TB Spacer

i am considering MFI fuel rails with 450cc injectors

What do you guys think....

I dont think anyone on here except for chiefly is familiar with putting turbo on a v6

well we will find out i guess even what all is required ive never turboed a car before so yeah the engine can handle i just need the neccesary knowledge of what would work good for the J30A1 or what is more like a J32A1 now

i know joe... i 4get his username has put them on several v6 and TL's yet he has had some problems lately... Check v6p or search it around 6ga

now, im not familiar with turbo kits on the v6 but on the 4 i am, but i think that that sounds like an awesome kit put together with some quality parts....

i'd be a little iffy on the turbo itself... don't know much about JDM turbo's is an oem off another car?

also tial intercooler? what?
and there's no real use for the throttle body spacer, doesn't do much anyway, except for an added cool noise when the air enters the intake manifold....!

and are you planning on running both the headers into one for the single turbo? why not make it a twin turbo kit, and have two dumptubes, since your having a shop fab up everything..... you'd just have to get two wastegates..... just throwing that out there....

please correct me if i'm wrong!

that JDM turbo is nothing but a cheap China turbo,thats ALL over ebay for 120$-got one myself.

Tial is the wastegate. the intercooler is also probably Ebay. if the BOV dosnt have HKS in gold/yellow letters on it than its also another ebay replica.

as far as the throttle body,IF you get the turbo itl make that sound,so ditch the throttle body/

and whoever mentioned Joe, He has proved himself but nothing than a fraud and hack..please before considering him in anyway-if he will even reply,he hasnt shown himself on V6P. Please read over this:
