Looks like BaysonR is trying to shoot me down lol. Read this:

When it comes to accord 4 door 98-02, there are 2 kinds of bumper.
1) 98-01 V4 stock bumper
2) 98-01 V6 + 02 V4/V6 + aftermarket bumper
So far nobody makes any lip for (2). Your bumper is half inch longer on each side, not only that, the shape between the side of the bumper and the fog light hole curve more. That said, even the length is not a problem, there will be a gap in that area. For the lip being too short, even if you force it and stretch it, the side mounting tab may break eventually in a month or so.
And then, there are 4 bumper leg supports in the middle for (1) and (2). For (1), those leg supports are located close to the inner side of your bumper near the radiator. For (2), near the front, and that's the problem because they get in the way for the top portion of the lip, unless you trim the lip, cut off the grill, so the lip can slide in.
Sorry this lip won't fit your car, but we will add you to our remind list when we have the V6 lip in stock. Currently we haven't even started making it yet, so the soonest would be the end of this year.
