Yes, BaysonR only sells them for 98-00 front bumpers because that's what they were designed to fit.

Didn't you know that already? I mean, you had to modify yours to fit an 01-02 bumper...

I thought you meant that they made one specifically for our 01-02 bumpers.. 01-02 mugen lips don't exist I'm pretty sure.. That's what I meant.

Looks like BaysonR is trying to shoot me down lol. Read this:

"Oh no, won't fit 02.
When it comes to accord 4 door 98-02, there are 2 kinds of bumper.
1) 98-01 V4 stock bumper
2) 98-01 V6 + 02 V4/V6 + aftermarket bumper

So far nobody makes any lip for (2). Your bumper is half inch longer on each side, not only that, the shape between the side of the bumper and the fog light hole curve more. That said, even the length is not a problem, there will be a gap in that area. For the lip being too short, even if you force it and stretch it, the side mounting tab may break eventually in a month or so.
And then, there are 4 bumper leg supports in the middle for (1) and (2). For (1), those leg supports are located close to the inner side of your bumper near the radiator. For (2), near the front, and that's the problem because they get in the way for the top portion of the lip, unless you trim the lip, cut off the grill, so the lip can slide in.

Sorry this lip won't fit your car, but we will add you to our remind list when we have the V6 lip in stock. Currently we haven't even started making it yet, so the soonest would be the end of this year.

I never even mentioned that I have an '02 to them because they probably would have thought I was crazy too.

You can still order it, but if they're giving you weird looks about the '02 thing then just say you have a '98. Problem solved and lip shipped.

Sorry to be slightly off topic, but you guys got me scared now about K2Motor (first page). I just ordered a Seibon hood and eyelids from them (not through ebay though, through their website). They have charged my card for the purchase but have heard nothing back from them otherwise. I tried calling them yesterday and I was put on hold for 10 minutes. I did call Seibon though, and they said that they were an authorized dealer. I hope everything goes well!!
