I've seen crappy fitments and poor welding and customer feedback about welding quality being far from old dc sports header...that's why I suggest finding a used one (SS if possible) on craigslist.
As for suspension..search for one based on your needs..if you wanna play with it then go coilovers (TEIN-F2-AMR-KSPORT) or you can check for a spring shock combo..sway bars also make a difference..
AGAIN SEARCH AND LOOK FOR RIGHT COMPONENTS!

all depends on your needs. if you just want to be slammed and look sick as **** get and nice set of coils. AMR group buy going on right now and i can guarantee you'll love those coils

For suspension I may be looking to get rid of my tokico blues with Ksport springs here soon.

Must've been the mild steel versions. Never had or seen problems with the SS versions.

Thanks everyone for the recommendations. Bare with me but I got another question about suspension lol. Did anyone just buy their coilovers and install them over their stock struts? I have a friend that got some springs and his front struts blew after about a month later. (but it doesnt help that his 6th gen had 150k + miles i guess either..) Are u supposed to have some good/aftermarket struts for the springs? Or can you just throw on the springs with no problem? I dont want the same to happen with my accord. sorry if it sounds stupid but i just want to make sure. And also hes got negative camber with his setup, but he just has springs. How do u prevent neg camber? it does look pretty cool, but i kno its terrible in the long run though. Thanks guys

Coilovers are spring and shock integrated as aftermarket...whenever you use aftermarket springs such as TEIN H-TECH with stock shocks you have more chances of blowing the shocks because the load is not meant for those oem parts...you should consider the SPRING+SHOCK combo or the Coilover...but remeber...you get what you pay for so don't cut corners and research too cause you might camber kits if your drop is too low...

ya i second what david said, dont risk it just wait and get springs and struts and ur friend must have his slammed cuz mine was lowered 2" looks nice and clean and i have nooo camber problems. Ive even heard of people dropping 2.75" and their camber is fine. This site is filled with people asking that same ? so search it for more detail
