Well I searched and noticed there aren't any threads about it. I like working out, it's an awesome feeling and it really does get my through the days. Was wondering if there were any others around this site? I don't work out to "look good for the ladies" I just like to stay fit and all of what not. I'm a skinny person anyways haha ain't impressing anyone any time soon but I was wondering what kind of routine yall do if ya do work out. Mine always consists of benching and curling, more recently though I've noticed my shoulders are boney as hell so I've added that to my routine workout. Anyone got any good suggestions for workin out shoulders?
