Fitness anybody?

Well I searched and noticed there aren't any threads about it. I like working out, it's an awesome feeling and it really does get my through the days. Was wondering if there were any others around this site? I don't work out to "look good for the ladies" I just like to stay fit and all of what not. I'm a skinny person anyways haha ain't impressing anyone any time soon but I was wondering what kind of routine yall do if ya do work out. Mine always consists of benching and curling, more recently though I've noticed my shoulders are boney as hell so I've added that to my routine workout. Anyone got any good suggestions for workin out shoulders? :)

grab 2 heavy weighs and then while holding them normally lift your shoulders up and down 10 times(and not going fast, lol). then on the 11th time roll them up and flex you shoulders, then hold that for 10 secs. I usually do 3 reps

my shoulder workout:

3x10 dumbbell front raises
3x10 overhead bench press
3x10 side dumbbell raises
3x10 arnold press
3x10 upright rows
3x25 shoulder shrugs

fitness and nutrition is becomming huge for me, any other questions lemme know bud.

I do thai kick boxing right now
I also have a lame routine of pushups and crunches etc.

And I'm into bikes I ride like 80+ Miles a week.
I did 30 yesterday.

Ps. 8 pack ftw. lol

haha i go to golds gym too! i do like 30 minutes on the bike then kinda float around and do a little bit of everything heh. i'm trying to get quads but all i do is tone, i can't get any bigger :eh: poo

I don't know of any gold gyms around here but i do go to the Y alot :) it's always loaded during the night times right before it closes though..

Crunches w/ workout ball - regular ones hurt my back
Pushups
Hike/run a few miles every weekend
Bike occasionally
