Hey guys whats up,
Ill finally be dumping my accord next weekend and im looking to get rims in the next few months to come. I pretty much know what rims I want im just stuck on size now. Im looking to get MB Weapons either 17x9 or 18x9 but what im stuck on is how they'll look on my 02 coupe.
So my main question is does anyone know anyone that might be running these exact rims on their accord? or have any pictures of 17x9 on their accord coupe? I know keychain has the battle 18's on his accord, super clean. But idk if the 17" weapons will give me that same clean flush look or if ill need the 18's..
I dont wanna have a dumped accord with rims that look too small and doesn't look right.

Thanks for any help like always. Its greatly appreciated :)

17's look fine if you're dumped (more than 3"), especially if you get wheels that have no lip like the Battles.

Here's some 17x9 +35 on some coupes.

I'd recommend some 215/40 or 215/45 tires.

i say get 18s man. when i had 17's on my coupe i wasnt feeling. Though it looked to small for our coupes. Thats just me though. with 18s, you can rock lower profile tires without being super dumped and with 17 you gotta run a tad bit beefier tires to make it look right.

Either one will look good. I prefer 17s however 18's looks really good as well. 17x9 / 18x9 in the 20's offset will be flush especially if you are dumped, and have a bit of natural camber. I'm running 17x8 with a 25 offset in my rear and it's pretty sexy flush.

Congrats on the drop

It's exciting

I was going to get the TL rims originally. But changed my mind cause I don't feel a stretched tire would look good on an 8 inch stretch OEM rim. Then again maybe I just need to see my car in person with those rims on to decide.

Yeah you're right, if you're going for that type of look (stretch, poke) then you definitely want something other than the TL wheels. Im pretty positive he's on springs and he is waiting for his coilovers to arrive in the mail.

Ya thats why I changed my mind. I figure ill get them eventually though to by my winter set up for the mountains that way they'd still look good and id feel comfortable taking them in the snow with chains on :) N I thought he might be or I thought he was still stock cause he looks high up. His cars just has a a lot done to it so I wasn't sure. Will definitely look way sick droped some more tho :) IMO

So you decided on 18's right? I saw your thread of V6p.net. What wheels are you thinking about getting?

Ya pretty sure Im going to be getting 18's. Ive seen them on 240's and 350z's (the 17's) and I feel like they look small on those cars already so ima try 18's. but there MB weapons. Knock off brand I think ( or how ever you would describe the manufacturer )

Theres a link to the website i might buy them from. I like them for the price. Not really looking to drop over a grand on rims right now. So I think thats a fair price for them and ill just get something more aggressive down the road maybe.
