Look at the first picture and 2ed picture, looks like a whole different bumper because of the dent by where the fog lights are.

Red stuff, I wouldn't know what it is.

That red stuff is scratch putty. You can buy it at autozone it's not a magical cream. It's actually filler that he uses along with a small jar of paint.
