Thanks to JF. Up there. I might just upgrade to a bigger rim since I he told us about nonlinear tires. Dern those are some good prices.

So whats a good size tire for a 17x8 rim?

Eh, skinny tires on skinny wheels look retarted though. No need for a stretch, unless the offsets are in single digits or something. Otherwise, I would just go with 215/45 on those 17x8. It'll look better with a bit of meat.

Use 195's. It's a better stretch than 205. Looks better imo.
Well I have 195s on my 16s right now and those are too skinny for me. Another reason I wanted to upgrade to a bigger rim and width.

That's what I'm looking for. A little more meat but still a slight stretch.

I believe vlad is running 195z on his 17x8z, looks damn good imo

Pics?

I'm gonna look into getting some 17x8s or even some 17x8.5. Ill look around and see what I can find. What I might end up doing is getting some 16x8s and some 205/40s or 45s. The tires might be cheap. But the rims I'm sure won't be. Unless I buy the gf a ring that cost the same amount or more than the rims I'll never hear the end of it. Lmao.

The CG chassis is doomed.
