A lot of things (metals, and even plastics) tend to get expanded when they get colder, so your issue makes perfect sense. I just don't like the cold weather in the first place though...I always hear more noises in the winter. Which is another reason I hate this season.
And no you can’t feel a difference between 1 and 4 horses. Lol

Funny thing about sound deadening is that, once you eliminate the main noize, another noizes (which had been covered by the eliminated noize) start to stand out. You eliminate that, and you hear smaller ones behind. And it goes on.
I got to the point, where I was irritated about my key chain was hitting the key ignition fringe, so I decided to apply the tape on it...

Received a K&N Drop-in filter, and swapped w/ my Bosch filter. Didn't expect how oily & smelly it was. As for the performance, Um.. Hard to tell. I mean, can somebody really feel the difference of +1 ~ +4hp? (I kind of felt like the car was running a little smooth like taking off from a gas station, right after when you fill it up.)
How did they manage to get in your car ..---------------------
