Its black... but when light shines through it shows red in color. Ive tested this many times. Hence why I used nightshades on my brake lights and not my headlights. It was a good thought though. -

well good, i wouldnt suggest anyone doing it as it is illegal. Personally i think blackhouse headlights look way better. The housing of my headlights are cracked from an accident I was in so with all the condensation, they looked like complete crap. So I figured I would do anything(free) to make... -

ive been wanting to lower it, aka cut springs but between work and wakeboarding i havent had the time. I found a local shop with a spring compressor that will let me do it but gotta find the time. face palm yourselves all you want guys, not gunna change anything. :squintfinger: -

Nope it's not legal, and I can see fine with my lights. I didn't just paint and go for it. I went sanded them down to a thin but dark coat and clear coated them. Pretty simple job and I like them. If I get a ticket then it'll be like 20 dollars and I had my fun. No big deal. -

Haters are gunna hate, and yea if we were in a car club together it would be different. I posted it here to show my car. The headlights are black housed, they have been since 08. I've taken apart my headlights about 6 times and done so many different led combinations and things. I don't drive at... -

Cheap free, and personally better than stock. I dont really care what you people think, i just like it for what it is. I always though thats what a persons love for cars was about... your own opinion... not whats others think -
