    GOT IT! Ended up double checking my neutral safety switch bypass wiring from the auto. I followed a guide that had his colors wrong! Fixed and cranked right up!

    There is no immobilzer in the ecu. I've checked. Here's a pic of the ecu board. H1C1 is in the top left in the blank pads. Was not broken off, there was never one there. I attempted to do a lot of research/search before embarking on this swap.
