That Service news is 15 years old, literally.
Honda can use any ethylene glycol coolant, (Green, blue etc). It CAN NOT run propylene glycol, (Dexcool, VW gold, etc). It will mix and create a sludge inside your cooling jackets and wreck the engine.

The TS is talking about engine bearings, not wheel bearings. For the control arm, you'll need to cut the bolt out and replace the bushing. There really arent too many other ways to do it.
