    This is precisely what I'm trying to avoid. I just wasn't sure if I could unplug the wiring harness or use the same wiring. I got it all straightened out now though.

    Hahaha ya, I meant 'trunk lid'. Im looking at mine and it looks like the wiring harnes is all connected. It looks like I have to use my existing wiring. I want to make sure before I take the new trunk. If I dont need the wiring, I'll just make the cut. Why are 6th gens not simple :ughrun:

    I been looking for help here an other forums. I need to swap my trunk for another (6gen coupe). Taking the trunk off is easy enough but my question is the wiring. Should the wiring harness come with my trunk or do I need to use the wire from my existing trunk for the new trunk?

    Dont get me started! I got custom brackets made so they sit low. They bold in where the stock seats bolt in so I can pull them out if need be. Im going to look into seeing what I would need to do for them to work first

    The 00 had air bags in the seats. This is my dilemma. Im now have rsx seats but now my airbags are disabled because the seats aren't plugged in. If I cant make them fit, its making me want to go back to oem.

    Hahaha I'm a lurker. I think the heating element is straight forward, I just want to know if anyone else has done it. Do you have an SRS light on or did you disconnect the bulb?
