EDIT: FYI the brushed knobs scratch EASILY if you have a ring on.

I can't fit the anvil 2 on though. my shift boot collar won't go down far enough onto the shifter, I guess I'll have to drill it out a little bit

I just drilled out my boot collar to go down the shifter, and raised the short shifter just enough so that with the knob all the way on it has JUST enough room for the collar under it.
I'm in love.
