I'm saying you need to further educate yourself on F23's and boost. My car has spooled my SC50R, .63 trim to 9psi at 3100rpm , and a buddy of mine spools an SC61 .63 trim to 16psi around 3800rpm on his F23. Our car's are perfectly capabable of spooling a 'larger' turbo. The idea is to choose a turbocharger based on your power goals, vs what will be efficient. An SC50 .57 trim will spool quickly, and should net around 330whp before it becomes inefficient, where as my .63 trim should be good to around 400whp. The one you mentioned will spool silly fast, but will max out very quickly.
