I need a lil help I messed up my camshaft on my coupe so desided just to start building my motor but having a lil trouble finding performance part for the F23 I was looking for a camshaft that was for performance would anyone where I can look for some at

i was lookin up info on this as well...and couldnt find anything but shops that do regrinds on your current camshaft....anybody has any info??

the will make u a f23 cam just email them.
they will make any cam u want, all motor, turbo....

I wouldn't trust f22parts.com.. Read up more about them before making your decision.

Web Cams can make custom regrinds if you send in your core, as well as Delta Cams, you can call Crower and ask, and I know for a fact that Bisimoto is top-of-the-line for Honda cams.
