In some states, Virginia I belive is one, if a price is mismarked the retailer/sell HAS TO sell it at that price. No questions unless fraud is a possibility. The fine is pretty stiff for non-compliance.

first off all, the letter was the most unprofessional sounding crud i have ever read. it read like it was written by a pseudo lawyer/legal assistant. being that i work in retail, IN A STORE AT A PHYSICAL LOCATION, you MUST sell at whatever price is advertised for a listed item; unless the price tag is misplaced and a description is clearly visible for another item. in the internet, no such rules/laws/courtesies exist. you guys KNEW that the price was incorrect. be glad they even told you that it was a mistake, they could have easily said, "sorry, but we ran out of stock" which then you would not even have a case (not like you guys do anyways). report this to the BBB (NOT THE BUYERS BROTECTION BSOCIATED, the better business bureau) and they will forgive the company for a one time minor offense. the BBB works (ask ray about how he got his car back). so, please stop being stupid, use your ****ing heads, and use common sense.

=====================
This is taken from our Terms and Conditions which you must agree to before purchasing (check box during checkout):

“Legality and Pricing

Prices subject to change without advanced notice. We are not responsible for typos or misprints in product description or pricing on products. Some items may be legal for off-road use only, please check local statutes concerning legality and compliance. “

With that said, I apologize for this mistake as we migrated to a new shopping cart a couple months ago and some items were imported incorrectly. I have since had the entire Injen product line taken down until this is fixed (and DC Sports). Please understand that we have thousands of products listed and it takes a very long time to catch all of the mistakes and correct them on top of normal business workload.

Sincerely,

-Peter Awad
