first off all, the letter was the most unprofessional sounding crud i have ever read. it read like it was written by a pseudo lawyer/legal assistant. being that i work in retail, IN A STORE AT A PHYSICAL LOCATION, you MUST sell at whatever price is advertised for a listed item; unless the price tag is misplaced and a description is clearly visible for another item. in the internet, no such rules/laws/courtesies exist. you guys KNEW that the price was incorrect. be glad they even told you that it was a mistake, they could have easily said, "sorry, but we ran out of stock" which then you would not even have a case (not like you guys do anyways). report this to the BBB (NOT THE BUYERS BROTECTION BSOCIATED, the better business bureau) and they will forgive the company for a one time minor offense. the BBB works (ask ray about how he got his car back). so, please stop being stupid, use your ****ing heads, and use common sense.
