Fail-sauce. If anyone actually takes it seriously and gets a lawyer willing to set a precedent case - I'm sure they would be shaking in their shoes. That IS copyright infringement, even if something doesn't have the (C) emblem on it, or a copyright file somewhere deep in the archive stacks. After all - what constitutes ' copyright', if SOPA and PIPA want to shut sh*t down that CLEARLY has no copyright on it, then it's like a game in which the team scores shooting into either goal, goes both ways, in other words failure .

Looks like just a typo. I checked the history of 47 sold, all of them were sold for $44.99.

Guys of course its so expensive. Its for a 98-02 5th Gen accord. Those gotta be uber rare.

As for the photo, all photos are copyright by its photographer. It doesn't need the copyright emblem on it but if you did try to sue all they gotta do is take the photo down and the case would be dismissed
