I tried getting money out of it from two sellers on there, even contacted ebay.

they said nothing can be done since there wasn't a copyright in the picture anywhere and it was found on google. That's honestly the height of their reasoning.

Looks like just a typo. I checked the history of 47 sold, all of them were sold for $44.99.
