Depends how long it was stained. If not too long it will remove no problem, otherwise you would have to sand it to remove. But yes, if you sand, it removes everything

Honestly. If it was me (dont like paying some idiot to mess with my possessions)
I would take the money you would have spent taking it to a shop I would get the Porter Cable Buffer and all the detailing products needed...
It might not be the same quality(w/no practice) but you now have the tools to do it yourself..and thats priceless

they will charge you a lot... try it yourself. Buy Ultimate Compound from Meguiars and use a towel and rub it on that spot and see if it goes away. It might, or it might not but will be less visible.
