not trying to defend street racing or anything but wasnt that going to happen anyways
if the people werent street racing and just trying to cross the interesection it still would have happened.
they actually werent doing anything illegal. they went on green and they were still under the speed limit
STILL STREET RACING IS ILLEGAL AND SHOULD NOT BE PRACTICED BY ANYBODY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES
i cant believe how careless they were as well, regular drivers were still on the road it was bound to happen sooner or later i guess it just came sooner rather than later.
