So im taking advice from previous threads and going to do this car right come monday im going to start a complete tear down and build of the engine. Is there any interest in pics or possible DIY? and if so where should i post? im going to build a setup for 15-20psi, post up if yall are interested if not ill forget it... also quick q on tranny builds... i was gonna go CL-S 6 speed but i know a shop in my town that will build up my tranny the way i want it for 1800 keeping it auto obviously, i know auto trannys are better for turbo cuz quick spool time what do you think?

no a built auto tranny does spool the turbo faster which to me is deffinately an advantage thats why they make auto turbos

I thought you already had a built engine.

Judging by this and your previous thread, any attempt at a DIY tear down and build up with 20psi is going to be fun to watch. The fact that your even asking us if we want to see you do this or provide pics is just strengthening my thoughts that you have no idea what you're doing.

And the auto/turbo thing....eh..ya..no

you should try searching www.v6performance.net, they have a few guys who built the J-series motors and did transmission swaps,as well as searching on here.I'm not trying to be an a**, just thats what most people will tell you because its been gone in-depth before.
