total cost spent on parts|labor was 1425. 800 for install.250 for cams.apexi neo 375

There you go...like he mentioned above. It aint cheap for a N/A J30A1.

With a UNICHIP map set up for I/H/E/P/C the gain was about 15WHP ...There is a dyno sheet over on V6P but i cant find it. Need to do some hard digging to get it.

If you gonna do it, do it with a timing belt/water pump change. You gotta get inside the engine to change out the Timing belt so, it makes sense to include a cam swap while your in there.

What's a TB/WP change run, like $600 at a dealer including the parts?
Add about 2-300 on top of that for extra labor and a valve adjustment with the cams,...then perhaps another valve adjustment after cam break in ~ 500 miles.

All in all, at least $1,000 - $1,500 complete.

I started going NA on my AV6 heres what i did, im since going turbo but heres how i started.
Bore cylinders 90mm+
Bore TB 77mm+
Unorthodox Pulley Set
Hayden TB Spacer
Crower rods... you can go stroker if you want but a lot of block maching which = $$$$$$
JE Pistons i went 8.0:1 you can go higher in not planning FI
Darton Cast iron sleeves
J32A2 Heads port and polished im at 33/32mm intake/exhaust respectively
DC Sports Ceramic headers
AEM short ram or cold air
Magna flow hi flow cat back
New Honda Crank since their awesome

and then for cams, IM, and EM you can go custom or J32 Personally i would go with American cams, HKS IM and j32 exhaust manifold. You can also uprgade your fuel system MFI fuel rails 300+cc injectors new pump.

Now..I wanna pick this apart and say whats really wrong about it for N/A purposes but...I'll be nice. Cuz..not only is your setup wrong, so is some of your terminology which makes me think someone told you this stuff b/c you repeat it too perfectly.
