i had the 98-00 bumper and the only lip that i thought was nice was the oem lip, and finding that was a pain. then i saw the 01-02 bumper WITH fogs...CLEAAAN but for the 98-00 bumper i like how the grill can be changed.

you can rock a badgeless grill with the 01-02 as well
just takes a little more work

good luck trying to finding fogs for 01-02 coupe bumpers, u have to get em oem and there like 250 i believe. with 98-00 u can do the 01-03 civics fogs or the 01-02 accord sedan fogs (with some minor customs)

found replicas for 125 on ebay, other site have them 2 for similiar +/- 30 bucks
